Face cream Light contains powerful antioxidants – fucoidan and astaxanthin, whose anti-aging and deeply moisturizing effects have been confirmed in many scientific studies. Fucoidan is obtained from algae grown in Estonian waters, while astaxanthin is obtained from other pure Northern Sea plant species. Astaxanthin acts on the skin as a natural “booster”, being able to penetrate cell membranes and act deep within the skin. It helps to balance moisture levels, reduces premature wrinkle formation, and also protects the skin from UV radiation and freeradical effects. Inflammation and acne are also reduced by Usnea barbata (old man's beard lichen) and aloe, which balance the skin’s microbiome. The cream effectively soothes irritated, allergic and inflamed skin.
