Nurme A magnesium gift set is a great gift for anyone who wants to replenish magnesium levels in the body and take care of their well-being. The set includes 100ml magnesium oil and 700g magnesium chloride flakes for foot baths, packed in a beautiful gift box.

The set contains Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride, extracted from a pure natural source at a depth of more than 1.5 km in North Holland. This source of magnesium has been naturally formed and purified over 250 million years.

Magnesium is most efficiently absorbed through the skin. By using magnesium flakes in foot or full body baths, magnesium enters the bloodstream and muscles through the skin, helping the body to restore magnesium reserves faster.

A sufficient amount of magnesium in the body helps:

- reduce muscle cramps;

- relax the muscles;

- improve sleep quality;

- facilitate falling asleep;

-reduce fatigue;

- promote the body's regeneration processes.

Using magnesium flakes

For a foot bath: dissolve 150 g of flakes in warm water and soak your feet for at least 20 minutes.

For a full body bath: Dissolve 250 g of flakes in warm bath water and relax for at least 20 minutes.

It is recommended to use 2-3 times a week. If necessary, the frequency of use can be increased.

Flakes are suitable for people of all ages, including pregnant and lactating women. Children are recommended to use about half the adult dose.

100 g of magnesium flakes contain 12 g of pure magnesium.

Using magnesium oil

Spray 5-10 times on the skin and massage. Best used after a shower or bath when the skin is warm and the pores are open, thus promoting the absorption of magnesium.

Do not use on wounds or sensitive areas such as around the eyes. It is recommended to apply to muscles, joints and other problem areas.

Also suitable for use during pregnancy. A reduced amount is recommended for children.

Eight sprays of magnesium oil contain about 100 mg of pure magnesium.

Important to know

The first few times you use it, you may experience some tingling or itching. This may indicate a lack of magnesium in the body and is associated with active absorption of magnesium through the skin. With regular use, this sensation usually subsides.
