My interest in spiritual practices began in my teenage years and led me to the traditions of yoga. The path of yoga has become an essential part of my life. In recent years, I have delved deeply into tantric practices, working with them both individually and in relationships.
I have obtained a 200-hour RYS certificate – an international yoga certificate – by studying with experienced Indian yoga masters. I have mastered both traditional yoga and its deeper, tantric dimensions.
I work intuitively and empathetically, sensing people's energy and individual needs. The approach of yoga and tantra allows me to help people engage their body, breath, and consciousness, revealing their potential and healing themselves more deeply.
My classes are calm, transformative, and personally tailored, because everyone has their own unique energy that needs to be supported and activated in order for a person to feel balanced, present, and full of life.
Individually tailored yoga practice
A set of movement, breathing, and relaxation techniques tailored to the individual, created taking into account:
– daily routine, sleep, workload
– energy level, well-being
– emotional state and stress factors
– existing complaints and symptoms (e.g., anxiety, tension, migraine, vegetative dystonia, etc.)
– physical characteristics, body strength, and flexibility
– life situation (e.g., postpartum period, hormonal fluctuations, nervous system sensitivity)

Elements of the tantric approach – presence, conscious breathing, and grounding through the body – help to deepen the connection with oneself, release inner tension, and regain peace.

You will receive your yoga practice in PDF format: breathing, poses, sequence, durations, safety, and recommendations for everyday life. I have also included a short video with explanations to make it easy for you to follow and practice regularly at home.
The PDF guide also includes a gentle, precise energy analysis:
– what symptoms may be associated with certain energy centers,
– where blockages or overloads may occur,
– what practices help restore flow, balance, and vitality,
– what needs more work — the body, breath, emotions, or nervous system.
It becomes your personal healing guide — both on a physical and energetic level.

How is individual practice established?
First, we discuss your feelings, health, daily routine, and needs—either online or in writing.
Then you will receive your personal PDF practice and energy analysis, as well as a video tutorial or Zoom lesson with explanations — whichever is more convenient for you.
Is the practice suitable for beginners?
Yes. It is designed specifically for you — regardless of your experience, flexibility, or physical fitness. I create very gentle, safe, and easy-to-follow sequences.
Does the practice help in cases of anxiety and vegetative dystonia?
Yes, because it focuses directly on balancing the nervous system: breathing techniques, gentle movements, grounding, and elements of tantric presence. Most clients feel improvements within the first few weeks.
How long can I use the PDF practice?
You can use it for as long as you want. It is your personal practice, useful both now and during periods of change in your life.
What is the combined practice of yoga and tantra?
This practice combines yoga's physical, breathing, and stress-reducing techniques with the tantric approach — conscious presence, awareness of energy flow, and gentle physical awakening.
This is not sexualized tantra, but rather a deep, harmonious, and internally healing practice.
Is special equipment required?
No. A yoga mat or blanket will suffice. Sometimes I recommend a pillow or block, but it's not essential.
How soon will I receive the PDF?
On average, within a week, depending on the volume and complexity of your needs.
Can I ask you additional questions after receiving the internship?
Yes. You have the opportunity to ask clarifying questions free of charge so that the practice is completely understandable.

Responsibility for health
The practice is not medical advice. Please respect your limits and never perform poses that cause pain or discomfort.
Making changes
If minor adjustments are needed (for example, you feel that a certain pose is not suitable), I will make them free of charge within 10 days of receiving the PDF.
Cancellation policy
If the customer cancels before work begins, the money will be refunded in full. If work has already begun, no refund will be given.

All data, feelings, and health information are stored securely and are not disclosed to third parties.
