Interest in spiritual practices arose already in my teenage years, and this led me to yoga traditions. The path of yoga became a significant component of my life. In recent years, I have immersed myself deeply in Tantra practices, working with them both individually and in relationships.
I have obtained a 200-hour RYS certificate – an international yoga certification, studying with experienced Indian yoga masters. I have mastered both traditional yoga and its deeper, tantric dimensions.
I work intuitively and empathetically, sensing a person's energy and individual needs. The yoga and Tantra approach allows me to help people engage their body, breath, and awareness, uncover their potential and heal themselves more deeply.
My sessions are calm, transformative, and personally adapted, as everyone has their own unique energy that needs to be supported and activated so a person feels balanced, present, and full of life.
Individually tailored yoga practice
A set of movement, breathing, and relaxation techniques tailored for a person, developed by taking into account:
– daily life rhythm, sleep, workload
– energy level, overall wellbeing
– emotional state and stress factors
– existing complaints and symptoms (e.g. anxiety, tension, migraine, VSD, etc.)
– physical characteristics, body strength and flexibility
– life situation (e.g. postpartum period, hormonal fluctuations, nervous system sensitivity)

I also include a short video with explanations so it's easy for you to follow and practice regularly at Home.

How is the individual practice created?
First, we discuss your feelings, health condition, daily rhythm, and needs — the conversation takes place online or in writing.
Then you receive your personal PDF practice and energetic analysis, as well as a video tutorial or Zoom class with explanations — depending on what is more convenient for you.
Is the practice suitable for beginners?
Yes. It is created just for you — regardless of experience, flexibility, or physical fitness.
I create very gentle, safe and easy-to-follow sequences.
Does the practice help with anxiety and vegetative dystonia?
Yes, because it is aimed specifically at balancing the nervous system: breathing techniques, gentle movements, grounding and elements of Tantra presence.
Most clients feel improvements already in the first weeks.
How long can I use the PDF practice?
You can use it as long as you wish. It is your personal practice, useful both now and during changing periods of life.
What is the combined practice of yoga and Tantra?
This practice combines the bodily, breathing and stress-reduction techniques of yoga with the Tantra approach—conscious presence, feeling of energy flow, and gentle bodily awakening.
It is not sexualized Tantra, but a deep, harmonious, and internally healing practice.
Is special equipment needed?
No. A yoga mat or blanket is enough. Sometimes I suggest a pillow or block, but it's not obligatory.
How quickly will I receive the PDF?
Usually within a week, depending on the volume and complexity of your needs.
Can I ask you additional questions after receiving the practice?
Yes. You can ask clarifying questions free of charge, so the practice is completely clear.

It is important to honestly tell about your health, emotions, and daily routine so that the practice is safe, effective, and tailored just for you.
PDF and video are personal and not to be copied
Materials are intended for personal use only—they may not be forwarded or published.
Responsibility for health
The practice is not a medical consultation.
Please respect your boundaries and never do poses that cause pain or discomfort.
Making changes
If the practice needs minor adjustments (for example, if you feel a pose does not work), I will make those changes for free within 10 days after receiving the PDF.
Cancellation terms
If the client cancels before the work has started, the money is fully refunded.
If the work has already started, no refund is given.
